Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined. When contacting us, please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Return Shipping Details
All returns are processed by mail. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return label, and return shipping will be free of charge.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning the product due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong item), return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We do not refund original shipping charges for these types of returns.
Fees and Restocking
We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Defective Products: If the issue cannot be resolved, we will replace the item or provide a full refund.
- Customer Remorse: You may return the product within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Please note that any shipping costs paid will not be refunded.
Exchanges

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original PayPal account within 2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the credit.

Order Cancellations
