International Shipping & Customs Duties Policy

At US-EveryFilters, we strive to provide transparent information about international shipments to help you understand your responsibilities regarding customs, duties, and taxes.

Responsibility for Duties and Taxes
For all international orders, the recipient (Consignee) is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related fees required by your country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are not collected by US-EveryFilters. You must pay these fees directly to your local customs office to receive your package.

Please note that PayPal is our only accepted payment method, and import duties and taxes are handled separately through customs, not through our checkout process.

Import Duty Amounts
Customs duties and taxes vary by country, depending on each nation’s tariff regulations, product classification, and declared value. We cannot provide exact amounts in advance, as these are determined solely by your country’s customs authority.

We ship international packages via USPS First Class International, with delivery times and customs processing dependent on your country’s postal services and import policies.

Reducing Your Import Taxes
To help minimize your customs fees, we typically declare the invoice value of international shipments between $20 USD and $150 USD, based on the package’s weight and size. We also mark parcels as “gifts” when applicable. This standard practice can reduce import duties but does not guarantee lower fees, as final customs assessments are at the discretion of your local authorities.

If you prefer a specific declared value on your shipment’s invoice, please contact us before or at the time of purchase at [email protected]. Without specific instructions, we will use our standard declaration procedure.

Customs Clearance Issues
If your package encounters customs delays or clearance problems, we will assist you by:

  • Providing a copy of the shipping invoice to facilitate customs clearance.
  • Covering reasonable customs clearance fees that are not related to duties or taxes, where possible.
  • Coordinating with USPS to help resolve any issues and expedite delivery.

Despite our support, it is ultimately the recipient’s responsibility to comply with customs regulations and pay any required charges.

Tracking and Delivery
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please be aware that international tracking visibility may be limited depending on the destination country’s postal system. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local delivery services.

Import Delays and Liability
US-EveryFilters is not liable for any delays or additional charges caused by customs inspections, import restrictions, or governmental actions in your country. All import fees and delays are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns for International Orders
International customers wishing to return items must cover return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes on the return shipment, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Please contact us before initiating a return to receive proper instructions and authorization.

Contacting Customs
For questions about import duties or customs processes, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly. They can provide the most accurate and current information on tariffs, documentation, and clearance procedures.

Thank you for choosing US-EveryFilters. We are committed to transparency and customer support to make your international shopping experience as smooth as possible.
